MyWorkAcademy is made by a small team that has spent years building secure software for regulated and fast-growing organizations, and now builds it for employers across the United States and Canada.
Why we built it
Training records shouldn’t live in a spreadsheet.
Most companies train their people with a mix of PDFs, video links and a tracking sheet someone updates by hand. It works until it doesn’t: an audit, a wave of new hires, a policy change.
We built MyWorkAcademy so that every organization, not just the enterprise, can have a proper academy on its own address, with a record it can stand behind.

Own your academy
Your address, your branding, your courses. Employees see your company, and your data stays inside your own academy’s boundary.
Evidence first
Completions, acknowledgments and certificates can’t be edited once recorded. Reports are built from that evidence, not estimates.
Small team, direct line
You talk to the people who build the product. Support comes from admin@myworkacademy.com, not a ticket queue.
