What kind of course do we get?
A course built from our own interactive lessons: short lessons written from your documents, illustrations, light animations, scenarios and activities like flip cards and spot the red flags, knowledge checks, a scored quiz and a sign-off. It's the same player your people use for every course in your academy.
What don't you make?
Filmed video, voice-over or animated video, custom-coded games, simulations or VR, and courses in languages other than English for now. We also don't give legal or policy advice: the course follows your documents, and you approve it before anyone takes it.
How is it priced and paid?
Every course gets a fixed quote: the price, the number of lessons, when your first draft will be ready and how many revision rounds are included. You accept and pay it online in one step through a secure checkout, separately from your subscription. Production starts as soon as the payment clears.
How long does it take?
Your quote says when the first draft will be ready, counted in business days from your payment. You can tell us a target date in your request.
What if we want changes?
You review the draft inside your academy and can comment on any lesson, activity or question. Your quote includes a number of revision rounds. Anything beyond the quote becomes a separate change order you accept and pay for before it starts.
Who owns the finished course?
The course becomes your content on final approval, as set out in our terms of service. We may reuse general know-how and non-confidential structures.
Do we need an academy first?
Yes. Requests are sent from Custom courses in your workspace, so the conversation, documents, quote and payment stay attached to your academy. Start a free trial to open one.
