You’re accountable for your training records, so we treat them that way: private to your company, locked once recorded, backed up every day, and never sold or shared for advertising.
Private to your company
Your academy is yours alone.
Every company’s academy is kept apart from every other one. The separation is built into the way records are stored, not just into the screens, so even if something went wrong in the app, one company still couldn’t see another’s records.

Locked once recorded
Records stay exactly as they happened.
When someone completes a course, signs a policy or earns a certificate, the record is locked. Nobody can quietly change it later, including us. Changes such as revoking a certificate or moving a deadline are added as new, dated entries with a reason, so the original is always there.

Backed up every day
Kept safe, even on a bad day.
Encrypted backups are made every day and kept in a separate, private place away from the service itself, and we test restoring them. If the worst ever happened, your records would come back.

Encrypted connections
Every connection to your academy is encrypted, from your people’s browsers to our systems.
Passwords nobody can read
Passwords are stored in a form that can’t be read back, not even by us. Sign-in attempts are limited and reset links work once.
Files checked first
Videos and documents are checked for viruses, stored privately and shown only to signed-in people in your academy.
Help on your terms
If you ask us for help inside your academy, our access is temporary, tied to one named person and written to your audit log.
Access ends when people leave
Deactivating someone ends their access straight away and frees their seat.
Card details never reach us
Payments are handled by a dedicated payment provider, so card numbers never touch our systems.
AI that stays in its lane
The course builder’s AI sees only the course material a creator gives it, never learner records, and it can be switched off for your academy.
Logs without the private parts
Our system logs record what happened, never passwords, answers or messages.
Every change leaves a trail
Administrative changes in your academy are written to an audit log you can review.
Your data
Your data stays yours.
You own what you put in your academy. Export your people, assignments and completion history whenever you like, and take it with you if you ever leave. We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t use learner data for advertising.
