Free trials
Every plan can start with a free trial of the length shown at checkout (currently 10 days). A payment method is saved when the trial starts and nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends, the plan you chose is charged automatically to that card, plus applicable tax, and your academy continues without interruption.
Canceling during a trial
Cancel from your academy’s billing page at any time before the trial ends. Cancellation takes effect immediately: access ends, your academy address is released, and no charge is made. Download anything you need before you cancel.
Canceling a paid subscription
Use “Manage billing” on your billing page to cancel at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until that date and are not charged again. After it, your academy’s administrators can still sign in to download your people list and training records, or to restart the subscription.
Refunds
If you are charged at the end of a trial and change your mind, email admin@myworkacademy.com within 7 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full. Later renewals are not refunded except where required by law, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Custom course work is refundable only before development starts.
