    Emails three days and one day before the trial ends.

    Cancel from your billing page before this and you won’t be charged.

What counts as an active learner?
Anyone active on your roster uses a seat, whether or not they have signed in yet. Administrators without a learner record don't. Deactivating someone frees their seat immediately.
How does the free trial work?
Choose any plan and start a 10-day trial. Your card is saved at checkout, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. We email you three days and one day before it does. Cancel from your billing page before then and you won't pay anything.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from your billing page. Moving up takes effect straight away with a prorated charge. Moving down takes effect at the end of your billing period, as long as your active learners fit the new allowance. Your learning history and certificates stay with your academy either way.
Which taxes apply?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Canadian customers are charged GST/HST at checkout based on their billing address. Customers elsewhere are not charged tax unless the law requires it.
What if I need a refund?
If you're charged when your trial ends and change your mind within 7 days of that first charge, email admin@myworkacademy.com and we'll refund it in full.
What if we have more than the largest plan allows?
Talk to us and we'll set up an allowance that fits your organization.
